Our community offers a wide array of amazing amenities including two private fishing piers, a playground, two bark parks, a 24-HR fitness center with a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and media room, as well as our newly renovated outdoor pool with splash pad, cabanas, fire pits, and grill stations. We are pet-friendly at Linkhorn Bay. With over 50 acres in our community to walk your pet, two bark parks, and pet waste stations located throughout our community, we are ready to welcome your furry friends home! We allow up to 2 pets in the home. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the first pet and $150 for the second. The monthly pet rent is $40/month per pet. All pets must be approved by management; PRG reserves the right to approve or deny pet applications.

We offer an online payment system through our website, as well as a free app you can download and view your bill, make payments, and even submit service requests. We also accept personal checks and money orders in the office. No cash will be accepted. 

Each month, you will be billed for base rent, trash, water, sewer, and stormwater. The utilities range between $55-110 and vary based on each floor plan.
